It is beneficial for a student to get loan via internet, search a good deal for you according to your budget and income that will suit for you and keep that with you in future

Local school loan plan is credit based but federal school loan doesn’t use that way, so for your protection you must check very carefully the terms and conditions in detail carefully

It is best for you to pay the installment in shorter time, you will pay less charge in short duration rather than you will pay higher charges on long duration

Local student’s loans can be obtained via online $1000 to $150000 per year by each student

It is better to go with single out monthly installment, because all loans are almost same for the students because they offered the same rate for private student and to school student

If you want to stay away from the trouble of a loan, just go online and get information about school loan that would be the best option for you

If you are wishing to pay a specific percentage of your income for your loan, you can use this way if you want to avoid every month payment, they will help you to pay in easy way

If you are married and your spouse is also having student loan, you can joined your loan for small lower monthly installments, they will help you to get lowest interest rate for insurance

Paying each installment in given time is beneficial for every student, nor if he unable to pay his installment in given period of time, will have to pay more than his amount

You must remember the last date of your installment, because every July1 of every year rates get changed

Your resume must always attract an employer’s attention at first sight. Hence make a best resume using some resume tips to land you your dream job

• Always use attractive titles and heading that match the job profile you want and a great way to do this would be to mention the job titles and skill headings clearly. Maintain the flow and the length of the resume and like a myth, you don’t have to follow the strict rule of writing a resume in one page. You can highlight the headings to make it more presentable

• Employers generally make snap judgments while reading your resume – and if they see an unrelated job profiles or titles or skills then they immediately assume that you are not qualified for the position. Don’t waste your time elaborating on your skills or the headings, as employers don’t have time to waste on each resume and determine whether you have the appropriate skill or experience which they are looking for. The design of your resume must showcase your skills, experience and education at the first glance. At first glance, employers must form an image about your skills and abilities.

• Your resume should be designed to attract the employer’s attention, but it should not be jazzy and should have the complete content and should include all your skills and abilities. These things may land you an interview, as well as determine your salary package that you may receive.

• Always use powerful words and statements to demonstrate or describe your achievements as well as your responsibilities. These points can grab an employer’s attention and elevate your image in front of him or her. The more you specify your positive points, the better. Use powerful words and phrases to control the images that the employers develop about you while reading your resume. Powerful words should match the job profile you are seeking.

• Learn and analyze the key words that employers provide in the advertisements or job descriptions, as this should be the key element in creating powerful and impact oriented resumes.

• Always try and understand and project the employers hidden needs through your resume like for example if an employer needs someone who can handle departments, accounting more efficiently then you should identify it and anticipate the full range of need and show that you can resolve it through your resume.

• Resumes should always provide a list of duties of each applicant without explaining the benefits of the skills to the employers like for example a secretary’s resume should state her typing speed and should also state how it could benefit the new employer. The real benefit of the employee should produce more work and also save the employer money.

• Your resume should create an image of you in front of the employer. When writing your resume, keep in mind the level of the job you are seeking and the salary you are expecting. Always use language according to the position you are seeking.

• Try and prioritize the content of your resume, as this is the most important mistake that is made by many job seekers. Always compile statements according to importance, relevance of the job you want.

• Always try and tweak your resume and cover letter as they can generate many more interviews for you. Try and place the heading to the left hand column for retail management positions.

Try and improve your resume as much as possible – after all, it’s the one that can get you an interview call.

We all know that recruiters are both searchers and screeners. They’re looking for the best talent and looking for reasons to eliminate people who don’t fit the bill. In the quest to be the best looking candidate, a good cover letter can do some heavy lifting.

Here are just two of 28 ways your cover letter can give you an edge:

1. Don’t be satisfied with one cover letter for one recruiter. Conventional wisdom says you should be. If the job is attractive, the hiring manager is receiving hundreds of resumes. Sending a bunch of cover letters will only annoy the hiring manager. And that’s only true if you send the same cover letter. Then you’re the dog barking at the door. So, don’t. Send something different, something valuable.

Follow-up mailings, or “multi-step campaigns” as they’re called in direct mail, are scarily effective, as long as you’re offering new value each time. And follow up can be your most valuable tool. As long as the follow up isn’t just “when will I hear back from you” but rather, “here’s something I know that can make your life go a lot better.”

Go look over the companies you’ve already applied to. Then use Google News to figure out what’s happened in the industry that is critical to the manager. Better yet, set up a Google Alert for companies as you apply to them and write them back every time you hear news that you can help with. Sometimes a good cover letter is the third one you send, that arrives just when they need it.

2. Use powerful testimonials. Most resumes don’t include testimonials. They’re supposed to be impersonal. But great sales copy is loaded with personal endorsements because they’re very convincing. It’s called social proof. Basically, we care what other people think. So where do you put testimonials? In your cover letter.

Be discriminating though. Typical endorsements can sound formal or stilted. “I know Dave to be an excellent data analyst and processor.” Really? A good cover letter has something more conversational. Instead of listing out testimonials, weave short snippets of your best comments into your story. “One of the most gratifying things a colleague ever said about me was “Every project gets better when Raj is involved.”

With the fierce competition in this job market, having 217 applications on the street does you no good at all if each of them is mediocre. There are so many candidates, just one or two of them will create great packets and beat you every time.

That leads to three axioms:

3. You can make yourself the obvious choice for the job and attract many offers, but to do it, you must be the candidate who maximizes every portion of your job packet to attract the recruiter’s attention, so

4. You must have a system that enables you to write a cover letter that is optimized to get you calls, and

5. Your system needs to be automated so it creates cover letters very rapidly and very easily so you actually do it every time (and don’t simply intend to do it).

Have you ever wondered how to write a resume? Have you ever sat down to write your resume and found yourself at a loss? If so, then you’ve come to the right place.

Keep reading to discover how to make a resume that gets results for you.

Tip 1 – Remember the Goal

When writing your resume, it’s important to begin with the end in mind. What do you want your resume to accomplish? The purpose of the resume and cover letter is to land you a job interview. A secondary purpose is to pre-sell the interviewer on your value before you walk into the room.

Think of writing your resume as the opportunity to capture the perfect pitch that sells you as the right candidate for a job. This is your chance to say all of the right things, without having to worry about whether you’ll stutter, or hem and haw.

This is your chance to sit in a relaxed environment and create a miniature salesman – one who flawlessly delivers the perfect pitch – which you can send to hundreds of employer’s offices.

And it’s your chance to do so in a low-stress environment – your living room – where no one else ever has to know that you didn’t know how to get started or sweated bullets and suffered from writer’s block.

Tip 2 – Your Resume Should Sell You – in Print

Others have spoken of a resume as a marketing document, but I say that it is a sales document. Why? Because when people hear the word “marketing” they think of super-bowl-commercial-type marketing, not the give-me-what-I-want-now attitude that a good salesman has.

And that’s fine for others; let them try to create a good image and personal brand awareness for themselves while you and I go out and get a job using good salesmanship.

We’ll go into some specific techniques you can use to sell your value to an employer in print later, but for now it is sufficient to acknowledge that your resume has a sales job.

Tip 3 – Answer the WIIFM Question (what’s In It For Me?) Every Employer is Asking

It must answer the question every employer asks when reading resumes: “What’s in it for me?” Because, you see, every hiring manager has a reason she or he is looking for a new employee – and it’s not because they want a new friend.

If you can find out what their reasons are and show them how you deliver the results they want, then you will have success in your job search.

The following sales strategy will set you apart from 90% of your competition for a job.

When most people sit down to write a resume, their thinking turns inward – “How can I write about me?” is the thought in their mind. But a good salesman knows that a sales pitch is never about you, it’s about the customer.

In this case it’s all about the employer and what they want. Show them how they can have what they want by hiring you and you’ll have the job.

This is the over-arching theme that should be running in the back of your mind every time you work on your resume – “What does this employer want to see and hear?”

Every sentence, every bullet, and every time you’re not sure whether to include something, ask yourself “What do they want to hear?”

In your job search, a resume and cover letter is often your first contact with a potential employer. When they read them for the first time they learn your name and they get an idea about your qualifications. They will then make a decision about calling you to arrange an interview. That’s a very important fact to consider when you write your resume.

So, making your resume and cover letter the best they can be can mean the difference between getting the call for an interview and your resume going into the recycle bin. The sad thing is you’ll most likely never know why you didn’t get a call.

Have someone your trust review your resume. How do you know if your resume is a keeper? Even if you have your resume and cover letter professionally prepared they still may not stand out. If it looks like every other resume the employer sees, it will be harder to distinguish yourself from the crowd. If you have someone you trust look your resume over, that’s a step in the right direction.

Actually the more people that you can get to give you direct feedback on your resume, the better. If you know people that work in the same industry you should start with them. Listen to their feedback and note any changes they suggest. You don’t have to follow every piece of advice, but don’t argue with the person about their opinion. It is, after all, their opinion and you asked for it.

Once you have a resume that gets good feedback from most, if not all of the people that look at it, you probably have a good resume. You can send it out knowing you have an outstanding resume.

I am still at a loss at the number of job seekers who, when applying for a number of similar positions, send off the same resume. They are obviously unaware that experienced human resources and recruitment staff can smell a resume which has not been tailored specifically to the position being applied for.

Not only are these job seekers doing a disservice to themselves but in a way they are insulting the employer by not having the courtesy to spend even a small amount of time assessing what makes this particular job unique.

Information is power and smart marketers leave no stone unturned in getting it and you should be the same. Here are some simple tips to ensure your resume covers what is required in order to get that all important interview:

1. Thoroughly assess the selection criteria
Every position has selection criteria. Most of the times the selection criteria will be written out but there are times when the criteria is not openly stated – it is embedded through the advertisement and it is up to you to sift through the information to identify this criteria which will always include; specific experience, required knowledge and qualifications. The one area that job seekers can often overlook is personal/particular attributes an employer is looking for. This will involve you looking for key words. An example would be words/terminology like ‘out going’, ‘results orientated’, ‘analytical’, ‘and customer loyalty’. It pays not to underestimate the importance of wording inserted by employers.

The following example of an ad gives you clues about the selection criteria; “The person we are looking for should ideally have a proven track record in computer sales, be extremely well versed with new technologies and be able to work as part of young minded, dynamic team”.

This selection criterion is pretty straight forward. It would read, not necessarily in order of importance:
-	Demonstrated computer sales experience
-	Intimate knowledge of new technologies
-	Ability to work with a young team of salespeople
-	Be dynamic in your approach

Once you have fully analysed and written out the criteria then cross reference it to your resume running through; Career Objective, Demonstrated Work Skills, Qualifications, Attributes, Work History and Interests. This will help you in ensuring that the selection criteria are consistently addressed throughout your resume.

For public service positions a full selection criteria is always available. In this situation however you have to address the selection criteria as a separate exercise and, as a result of this, addressing selection criteria in your resume is not as important.

2. Duties
Ascertaining the full duties of the position is important on two levels. Firstly it helps in giving you a full understanding of the employer requirements of the position and, because most ads do not list duties, it presents you with your first opportunity to market yourself over the telephone when ascertaining a duty description.

In meeting the employer requirements you can then insert, primarily in Work History, the duties described in the duty statement. Obviously it would not pay to insert word for word the same duties but rather to insert the key words.

When telephoning to ascertain information regarding the duties make sure you;
- fully identify yourself at the beginning while you will be reinforcing it at the end when you give your name either via home address or email for the information to be forwarded on
- have a small list of smart questions which also demonstrate the research you have done
- are really enthusiastic about the position and working for the organisation

3. Information on the Organisation/Company
Where the name of the organisation with the vacancy is known it is beneficial to find information out about the company. Aside from cover letters, where this information can often be vital in standing out, I always encourage job seekers to do this as the final part of their resume preparation, after they have followed through with inserting information on their resume with regard to the selection criteria and duties.

It is not about spending a lot of time doing research. It is simply about smart marketing – adding some cream on top of the cake. The most important information you would be looking for here is:
Ethos of the company – checking the mission statement and general information on a website to gain an understanding of the mindset of the company and the terminology they use.
Understanding where the company is heading – is the company heading into a new technological direction, where it might be expanding or going into partnerships?

From the information ascertained here the particular areas of your resume that can benefit are your Career Objective, where, for example, you can better match your future direction with that noted by the company and Attributes, where you can match the words and terminology used in the company mission statement.

In summary it is about going the extra distance and spending the time to fully understand what the needs and requirements of the employer are so your resume can be not just a good match but demonstrate the additional benefits you offer an employer and thus get you that all important interview.

If you’re unemployed you have growing gap on your resume. As each day goes by, that gap gets bigger and becomes more uncomfortable to talk about on your resume or at a job interview. No matter if the gap is short or long, it can affect your self confidence. You need to fill that gap immediately.

You can volunteer. Volunteering is a great way to fill up your time while you keep your job skills current. Almost any job you find in the business world also exists in the volunteer world. And, if you can’t find an exact match to what you’re used to doing, you can learn something new. There’s nothing wrong with that! Opportunities are abundant on the internet, so there’s no excuse to be sitting around while you wait for the phone to ring.

Volunteering is a great way to network. You’ll work with paid and non-paid people that you probably haven’t met before, so it will increase you circle of contacts immediately. Sure, some of those people will be looking for jobs, too. But there’s a chance they’ll hear about one that they can’t fill, but it may be perfect for you.

Be prepared to work in unpleasant, understaffed, and underfunded situations. Not all volunteer positions are like that, but many are. And volunteer staffs have their share of people that you won’t enjoy working with. That’s no big surprise, that’s just the way the world works.

When you list a volunteer position on your resume, be sure to treat it as you would any job. You should specify that it was a non-paid position, but other than that, it’s something that you did and most likely will be a good topic of conversation in a job interview.

It’s time to fill that gap in your resume. Volunteering is not only good for the community, but it’s good for you. So it’s a win-win and something you can be proud of, unlike that growing gap on your resume.

Given the harsh economic times, finding and securing a new job could be a daunting task. It is estimated that almost 100 people apply for every same job today; this is a lot of competition, therefore you need to create a CV and cover letter that will present you in your best light, emphasizing on your skills and abilities. If you want to know how to build a resume that will let your knowledge shine brighter than others, here are a few tips and hints for you:

- Check and double check the CV you are sending. It might seem weird to you but there are numerous people who sent CVs full of spelling and grammar mistakes. Even the smallest error can make the potential employer turn you down right away. Sending a CV that contains spelling or other mistakes, you show that you don’t pay much attention to details, that you are somewhat sloppy or even lazy and that you are probably not the right person to represent the company.

- Keep the sentence short and punchy. Avoid rambling and make the content interesting and easy to read. Make your CV look dynamic and appealing to the employer.

- Focus on your personal achievements; if you have a significant amount of experience, you should definitely emphasize on it.

- Focus on positive aspects and add some boosting words, such as creatively, assertively and other. Do not underestimate the power of words.

- Do not create a too long resume: A CV longer than 3 pages will be automatically rejected; people do not have time to read small novels, especially in the case that there are 99 more applicants. Try to be precise and to the point. Include relevant and appealing information. If your resume won’t be more than two pages you can include everything you want, as long as they are presented in a well appointed way.

If you suddenly find yourself looking for a job, you may be tempted to dust off the old resume, add you last job, and start sending it out to potential employers. That may be a mistake. Now, that may work if you held your last job only a few weeks or months, and I hope that’s not the case for you, but otherwise you should consider writing your resume from scratch.

Your old resume may be just fine, but considering the tough competition out there, you want better than “just fine.” You want a great resume!

Look at the format you used on your last resume. Does it still work? Many people use a chronological format, and that’s fine if you want to stay in the same field. But if you’re open to a new direction in your career you could use the combination format for your resume. It will allow you to list your skills and talents first, followed by a brief listing of your past jobs. It will keep the important information at the top of the resume where it will get more attention.

You may want to take off some of the older jobs. Unless their very relevant to the job you’re going for, a five year history should be plenty. After all, you are probably a much different person than you were five years ago, and if you’re working in a different career, those skills are probably a little rusty and not worth mentioning.

But keep those listings if your jobs all relate to one career, especially if you held your last job for a number of years.

Also, the overall look of your resume could stand some scrutiny. Did you go crazy with too many fonts? A simple font in 11 point with a larger size for the titles and headings will give your resume a nice, clean look that easy to read. A little bold formatting here and there can help draw the eye to important points on your resume, but make sure the font is not overly heavy to begin with.

Taking a little time to rewrite your resume can help you get reacquainted with your job history. That will help when it comes time for your first job interview.
